I've been having such a music session today as i dont have work until 6 and geting way over excited about all the up and coming gigs in 2010, no ones in the house at the moment and next door are out, little to say ive now probaly cripled my speakers and my voice but heres pretty much a list and a climax to the tradition of the video posts.
(and keeps all the music in the same place so i can just repeat it ha)
Ive already mentioned cobra starship in another post so next up

Lostprophets
All time favorite band, Probally the gig im most looking forward to as i know greg is already going, theres not much more to say on it. i dont think there is a lyric i dont know over 3 albums, i cant wait for the new one "The Betrayed" and loving the new songs played at reading this year. Now theres a million different videos for this band id put up, from there accoustic stuff, to covers, to well 3 albums worth of songs but the one ive gone for is "Last summer" one of my all time favortires from the album "Start Something" and it has some really good memorys with it, sun came out and if you strain your eyes, im on tv somewhere haha i cant remeber which bit, so enjoy

The National Bowl, Milton Keynes
Saturday, 24 July 2010
This is the event that has been top of the christmas list, its probaly my perfect top three to have in one place all for different reasons.
The Prodigy
I only got to see about 10 minutes of there set at Reading Festival if that as i was on the floor being crushed for about half an hour as i thought wouldnt it be a good idea to get to the front ha shame every other person had the same idea and well i nearly broke my leg :/ managed to get out eventually and couldnt of given a fuck, i raved with one shoe and got a circle watching to which a guy gave me a toren up shirt to keep me warm, just reminds me of, well stupidly how much fun it was, this was the song and i cant wait to actually hear the others live.
Pendulum
Another one of my all time favorite bands, i've seem them live at somerset house in london which was incredible, they have so much energy on stage, they even played hold your colour, which made my life. as i like pretty much every song this is the best video to show, its live from brixton, turn up the volume!
Enter Shikari
First time i saw enter shikari i was truly blown away, it was at brixton when they supported Billy Talent years ago, not so much for the music but the atmosphere, its simpley brutal, the people who go and watch them are up for anything, i can imagin its what going to a riot is like, but better! the video's from reading this year but honestly, just look at the picture for the video haha pretty much sums it up. and all the crowd surfers got evicted and made to go to the gates again haha

Stephen Lynch
This guy was entertainment thoughout secondary school and i saw him briefly at reading festival on the alternative tent which was really funny, i like most of his songs but better still he deals with hecklers in a second but be good to see his full set, so heres Special ed, probaly one of his most famous songs.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Im not specifically going out to see Billy Talent this year but they have been listened to loudly today, but i saw them in southampton not to long ago and there new album stuff with cancer bats and Canterbury which was brilliant, that and passed out in ashleys uni room on the floor on a pair of his trainers, :/ ha
Another one i really wanted to add up to the list of gigs was Kasabian. there not on tour yet but have confirmed t in the park, i havent seen them yet and was devistated i couldnt go to the itunes festival this year at the roundhouse as i managed to win free tickets :/ but keeping hopes up they do tour soon!
oh ive also spent all my last £3.60 (what was left in my account after last sat) on as many downloads of Rage Against the Machine possible and with the scheme of putting Rage Against the Machine CD's over every X factor one in HMV this Sat when im out christmas Shopping
im really looking forward to Saturday again but thats another post altogether so yeah as this has taken up most of my afternoon and killed time before the gym and work, which i need to get ready for about now, im off
xo
