Monday, continuing the recluse/hermit/social retard kind of month, had work as usual and gym BUT finally got the uber gig tickets. To the Milton Keynes Bowl, The Prodigy and Pendulum being the ones id love to see :D its another thing to tick off the list of The Gigs of 2010
Tuesday, work, although no gym as i didnt have time inbetween shifts in the end but kind of glad i was about as i caught a phone call from a friend, the call was really really bad news in itself, i dont think i should really talk about it tbh and kind of took me by shock as well :/ still even now i have no idea what to say to help, but i tryed to get the night off work to go over and see her for at least a bit of company but they couldnt find any other chefs at such short notice and ive been working every othe day since, lame but hopefully this weekend sometime, but i just hope it all improves
Wednesday, gym as usual, although i only managed 15 minutes running, just had no energy at all and was generally bunged up but headed over for another shift at the Barley Mow, walked in there and wasnt really paying much attention and bumped into one of the waitress's, she was just finishing her shift so only got to say hello really but in short, ill hopefully be up there for more shifts in the near future, other than that was quiet and general boring work, although got to work with the head chef who looks like a mob boss, a japanese mob boss ha was brilliant.
Thursday, work in the morning, then the bunged upness turned into a full blown cold so i bailed on going all the way to the barley mow in the eveing, sorting out ebay shizz instead, as ive been looking to get my slr i lost back again, then got reminded reading tickets come out at the end of the month, lame so have to wait to see whats going on there really, as i only have about £200 pounds left now (explain in a second)... if blink 182 get 100% confirmed, regardless of who, what, why, how etc ill be there, ive missed out on one once in a life time experiance (this being free rage gig) not mssing another!
Today, has been insane. up at 7 to help with getting the kids ready, then at 8 headed off to the Heart fm coffee morning at drysandford school (james and jennys) to help set everything up for 9. Mums friends with liane whos a heart angel so shes being doing lots of event stuff for them, and lots of the other mums joined in but It had all the usuals of raffles, lucky dip etc all to help raise money for the "Have a Heart and Dress Red" to raise money for the Have a Heart appeal in aid of Starlight.
Set up and ran back home for 9 to try and get Vfestival tickets, KASABIAN TO HEADLINE :D:D:D:D:D:D this also ticks off another band of 2010.
haha but this for once went tits up without anything going wrong on my end ha, but its like reading and leeds, they have two places they do it, one is chelmsford, other is staffordshire. Hannah was planning to head to chelmsford with some others and i was going to head off with her, but by 9:20 all the weekend tickets had gone. i couldnt get hold of her and coach tickets where going to be the next to go, saw one for southampton, this is why i have no funds left ha, problem was this.
Coach tickets i couldnt re-sell but ebay prices where hiting £400 for one weekend ticket ... i went with fuck it, bought it and ran back to the heart fm thing.
Got back and helped out on the cake stall, complete win as i got to eat most of the left overs and got to meet the heart angels, they come along to most of the event things for heart and theres one called laura, besides her being lovely and quiet pretty she was really interested in the whole army thing, i dont get that to often so over a cup of tea got called completely insane for even thinking about it haha, some how i dont think thats a good thing ha but never the less was pretty cool, got a free mug too, win
10:45 ... hannah, we couldnt get tickets to chelmsford, we are going to staffordshire instead :S ... haha, just fml. Always the option of get hammered and meet and greet? ha
Got back then work, gym and babysiting tonight as they have had a heart do up at the bystander as well, so sat around watching grouchy young men, its god dam genious
