I have an "Unknown" folder on windows media player thats about 600-700 songs long, i havent had a gander in here for ages and stumbled across a shit load of.. well everything, from downloaded myspace songs, to old gig bands, then to classics like the tony hawk pro skater soundtrack. This = pure win ha but its a long list to keep you busy till next week, enjoy

To Lose My Life

Its 2am, i'm shattered, i'm tired, i have mop hair and mint chocolate breath.

Probably wouldn't change much of this given the choice, todays been awesome, yeah i thought about not blogging, changed my mind, i'll just be honest ha

start with friday though, as me greg and chris (hamblin) hit up abingdon for a catch up, just relaxed pub times having a laugh, last £10 spent well

Then came saturday, it was cold windy and raining and i had to go clean out the pond at the pub, i said id do it at some point over last week, but if i didn't feel to refreshed when i got there, putting your bare feet in freezing water just about did it ha as i dont have wellies, had to then catch the fish, all 29 of them, drain the pond with a bucket, jet wash it to get all the green shizz of it and the stones, shove everything back in, fill it and all before 12, as i start waitering then till 3, then break, come back 5, on till 11:15. longest shift ive possibly ever done. but the pond looks god dam good, i am proud.

Today though chilled with jenny for a while (being my little sister) which was cool, she was in trouble for leaving the chalks on the uncovered white cushion on the sofa, so i tryed keeping her out the way ha and i know shes interested in what im up to if she follows me around the house, i was making a new target for the bb gun (as you do), part of cleaning up and when i showed her the paintball bullets she didn't believe they had paint in, so we hit them with a hammer ha there's now blue paint everywhere then had a doodle competition with paint pencils and pens and created a few cartoon characters, we are so cool

Did plan on doing the 10 mile run/walk, and the route would go past the kings arms so texted kennington people, ran out of time for the run but cycled it down and stumbled across something called the farmhouse i think it is on the way, i cant find any pictures but it looks awesome, like an indie tea shop ha so cool but made it there with hannah dale and matt, making the most of the sun and my day off, my 50% vouchers didn't work in the end but was good times, then me and matt headed off down the river back to the tandem, having a dam good reminisce of MA times ha

Headed back to whats now become three bowls of cake trimmings, yes not one or two but THREE, theres so much cake i wouldn't even be able to finish it on my own, so we are taking half of it to the school tomorrow, which i have to be up at 8am for, as im walking 4 kids there as all the mums are busy doing something or other tomorrow. fml ha

I'm only really up as im watching juno, was hurt locker earlier and quantum of solace at lunch but making the most of the month i have sky movies and recording loads of them but yeah films = mint chocolate ice cream = mint breath ha

oh, my interview for the army is booked for this friday. done and done.

I really like, always have liked and probably always will like how one of my friends see's the world.

she tends to think very differently to me, these difference's in opinions have lead to just generally really interesting talks, just those moments of "god, i never thought of it like that" ... ha ok 80% of the time its who's right and wrong, most who know me know i can argue to save my life a few times over, i kind of had to learn this quickly with some of the things in the past but i dont know, in a strange way even arguing was a challenge i kind of miss. The less trivial things have ended in epic fights but i think thats just because we are both stubborn as fuck. The 20% however is the epiphany moments and is why im considering giving this up till i join and go back to the reason i started it.

I did think of this as a diary at the beginning, but its just not. With blogging comes an audience and honestly there's plenty keeping me up at night i wouldn't dream of writing on here, its good to be able to look back over the year and remember everything ive been up to, but ill be remembering the facts as apposed to what im actually thinking/feeling. I could base jump of a jelly sky scrapper, catch a ride mid jump with a lime green unicorn that flys me into a hidden cave covered by an orange soda waterfall... actually thinking about it this would make a pretty awesome blog, i may have to continue this story another day but my point is its a fact, at the time i might of been thinking "fuck off you nonce, i needed a wee and you take me to a waterfall?" if they are looking at the blog you couldn't be honest and say what you where thinking. that's getting to me slightly

long winded way of making my point but it has a fun story in it :P

besides this though, and being completely hypocritical, a few things dam worth mentioning:

• Mothers day, i got the tickets from ebay, just payed double the price but we are going! :D then working at the pub which was fully booked, new desert i can make being eton mess, eton mess also is a scouser dish, basically it came about when someone droped a pavlova on the floor, scooped it up and threw it in a bowl, thus eton mess :) line cleaning and getting drunk for free then going and getting high at petes after, with some of the best stuff you can get your hands on ... free, haven't done that in years.
• Getting a call from hannah at 10am, saying would you like to go to the courteeners, having watched yes man (which is so good) the night before said yes without thinking, never heard there music before but so glad i went, it was amazing, photo booth pictures will probably come up soon and having texted a few people at the time now know a group of others i can persuade to go see them again soon now im addicted to the songs :)
• the tourettes syndrome documentary, put it this way me and mum where laughing so hard our cups of tea went cold, we didnt have the time to drink them. im going to hell
• Ive registered to win vip camden crawl tickets, simpley because i wouldn't fork out £50 for tickets, also why im listening to We Are Scientists right now, also did i mention there also giving away a gibson les paul? win
• found a guy on youtube who makes Deadmau5 heads for joel zimmerman, youtube guy was looking for a remixed song and offering to make one of the heads free in return, i found the song, emailed the guy and fingers crossed :D if it worked this would be epic.
• this month pay, after rent, phone contract and gym will hopefully cover biffy clyro tickets and as i need to improve on my balance a fuck lot, as the only part of the course im currently shiting myself about is the trainesium (30-40ft high scaffolding your told to run across, mentioned way back last year) so getting these ... ok not the best video but hes black and it has bongo drums thus wins

This was a toss up between hadouken - "M.A.D" or this, this is by far a much more win song and is brillaint for the gym, i didn't even know they had brought out a video for this till today when i stumbled across it, enjoy

Pissed the fuck off
in short, got back from work the funds in my account ready to get tickets for £50 each for me and mum for the Comedy Gala, brought her into the room as before i booked had to check the day, which seats etc ... its sold out.

AAARRRGGGHHHHHH FML

all other tickets are 2 -4 times the face value, depending on the seats. which i cant afford, this is quiet literally the story of my life, it happened with lostprophets tickets for brixton as well.

Instead we are just going to watch it on the tv with lots of popcorn, beer and wine. so good times

Havent been up to overly much, back working as a waiter over this weekend though and picked up good tips, although sunday night looked at the wrong roter and thought i had a day off today, they rang at half 12 (surposed to be there for 12) and i was still in bed, fml

Have planned out mothers day though and rather proud too, ive never really made a big deal out of this, even forgot the card most times, i really fail miserabley but as im not to sure on the future yet, thought id go all out this year

This is more or less going to be a jibering mess as i try ... and fail as its been ages to remember everything thats gone on this week, but here goes

Monday, continuing the recluse/hermit/social retard kind of month, had work as usual and gym BUT finally got the uber gig tickets. To the Milton Keynes Bowl, The Prodigy and Pendulum being the ones id love to see :D its another thing to tick off the list of The Gigs of 2010

Tuesday, work, although no gym as i didnt have time inbetween shifts in the end but kind of glad i was about as i caught a phone call from a friend, the call was really really bad news in itself, i dont think i should really talk about it tbh and kind of took me by shock as well :/ still even now i have no idea what to say to help, but i tryed to get the night off work to go over and see her for at least a bit of company but they couldnt find any other chefs at such short notice and ive been working every othe day since, lame but hopefully this weekend sometime, but i just hope it all improves

Wednesday, gym as usual, although i only managed 15 minutes running, just had no energy at all and was generally bunged up but headed over for another shift at the Barley Mow, walked in there and wasnt really paying much attention and bumped into one of the waitress's, she was just finishing her shift so only got to say hello really but in short, ill hopefully be up there for more shifts in the near future, other than that was quiet and general boring work, although got to work with the head chef who looks like a mob boss, a japanese mob boss ha was brilliant.

Thursday, work in the morning, then the bunged upness turned into a full blown cold so i bailed on going all the way to the barley mow in the eveing, sorting out ebay shizz instead, as ive been looking to get my slr i lost back again, then got reminded reading tickets come out at the end of the month, lame so have to wait to see whats going on there really, as i only have about £200 pounds left now (explain in a second)... if blink 182 get 100% confirmed, regardless of who, what, why, how etc ill be there, ive missed out on one once in a life time experiance (this being free rage gig) not mssing another!

Today, has been insane. up at 7 to help with getting the kids ready, then at 8 headed off to the Heart fm coffee morning at drysandford school (james and jennys) to help set everything up for 9. Mums friends with liane whos a heart angel so shes being doing lots of event stuff for them, and lots of the other mums joined in but It had all the usuals of raffles, lucky dip etc all to help raise money for the "Have a Heart and Dress Red" to raise money for the Have a Heart appeal in aid of Starlight.

Set up and ran back home for 9 to try and get Vfestival tickets, KASABIAN TO HEADLINE :D:D:D:D:D:D this also ticks off another band of 2010.

haha but this for once went tits up without anything going wrong on my end ha, but its like reading and leeds, they have two places they do it, one is chelmsford, other is staffordshire. Hannah was planning to head to chelmsford with some others and i was going to head off with her, but by 9:20 all the weekend tickets had gone. i couldnt get hold of her and coach tickets where going to be the next to go, saw one for southampton, this is why i have no funds left ha, problem was this.

Coach tickets i couldnt re-sell but ebay prices where hiting £400 for one weekend ticket ... i went with fuck it, bought it and ran back to the heart fm thing.

Got back and helped out on the cake stall, complete win as i got to eat most of the left overs and got to meet the heart angels, they come along to most of the event things for heart and theres one called laura, besides her being lovely and quiet pretty she was really interested in the whole army thing, i dont get that to often so over a cup of tea got called completely insane for even thinking about it haha, some how i dont think thats a good thing ha but never the less was pretty cool, got a free mug too, win

10:45 ... hannah, we couldnt get tickets to chelmsford, we are going to staffordshire instead :S ... haha, just fml. Always the option of get hammered and meet and greet? ha

Got back then work, gym and babysiting tonight as they have had a heart do up at the bystander as well, so sat around watching grouchy young men, its god dam genious

Failed, although found it interesting its scientifically proven that muscling in at the front is the best place, as people at the front are relaxed and already know they are getting in and generally wont believe youve done it anyways, ... although golden rule, dont push infront of old people. they will get you.
Only mention as its god dam true, queing at hmv for the secret gig (details of that adventure arent to far away, so go look you lazy s***, not going to give you a god dam link) people jumped to the front and no one cared but us as we got landed at the back. we muscled back in but still

Anyways, normally id tell you the trivial things to make it look like ive had a productive day and convince myself i have too but with a bit of honesty, ive done fuck all today ha, well deserved after the weekend. although have started planning how to spend this months wage + the money from the ebay stuff at the begining of the month, as is usual ... bit stuck as i have a few choice's and a moral dilema but ill figure it out

but Just finished watching Gran Torino
Its brilliant, its not normaly my kind of thing, comedy and piss takeing being the norm, although had a bit of a catch up/wind up over a status on fb with a friend which covered the funny side of things ha and she has a pretty cool tattoo behind her ear and i kind of want to do something like that, i know exactly what i want done (not going to show you or describe it as its in the making and you'll just find out one day) as army haircut would show it off pretty well, but yeah ... side tracked... back to the film, clint eastwood playing a grumpy old bastard is genious, with an added hint of (if you breath im going to kill you with my facial expression) thrown in for good measure but watch it, whem im old, i wish i was like that although out of everyone i know, richard castle in about 50 years? kind of sums up the comments he comes out with, wont ruin it if you havent seen it, that and my god do i want the car, its b-e-a-utiful.


Surposed to be short and sweet as its now 1 in the morning, ah well, as i have to post ebay stuff at 9am, work at 10, gym on the break then wont get back in till 11pm, this saves me posting tomorrow as thats going to be my day ha good and bad times
