The most productive few days ever,
Mon
... Alright maybe monday wasnt, it was mainly spent playing killzone online but 12 hour shifts and all? but i did ring up the tax office and sort all that shizz out, nice guy called terry explained all this to me down the phone that if you earn up to 6,000, none of that can be taxed, thats the current "personal allowance" only the money you earn after you pay tax on, mines currently about 500 pounds over this but does mean im set for a rebate in april (end of the tax year) of around 1,200. GOOD. FUDGEING. TIMES. :D
Tues
Did everything from washing up, Washing clothes, cleaned the hamster etc also got on the course for the brookes climbing wall which starts in march, and emailed the ex soldiers to go back again next week, then headed to work.
but this does present a dilema, plan b and deadmau5 tickets are safe till next paycheck really but this lot really arent.
i have to choose by tomorrow:
- Lostprophets feb 11th, next week with greg ... Sold out but found tickets that finish tomorrow
- Kasabian, feb 16th ... post brit award show ... Sold out but again found tickets that end tomorrow, same price as LP
- Biffy Clyro may 6th, ... going fast but tickets left for the HMV apoll
- Pendulum may 28th, with chris ... the birmingham shows already sold out with sub focus, risky but could wait out for a while as wembley arena hasnt yet
Yeah :/ but still cobra starship on the 10th, Again Good.Times.
Today
Sorting out my bike all day, repairing the uber puncture, re doing the lights, fixing the brakes and generally cleaning it up, well would have done if id had AAA batterys and a puncture repair kit, had to wait around till mum got back for a trip to tescos, but in the mean time ordered more books from amazon, mainly army fitness ones, best being "fighting fit" by andy mcnab, sas training stuff
found another book in tescos called "Spoken from the front" by him too, intro that got me interested was: he had the idea of making a book based on the storys of the people who have served on the front line, instead of him writing there accounts, he got there testimonies in there words, through interviews, diarys along with letters and emails. he follows around 20 of them from 2006 -2008 to give a snap shot into the war and how it unfolded for them, so see how it goes :)
book buying has kind of been spurred on as mums computers down and being fixed by david, which could take months, shes using the kids laptop to do her cake business, james cant get onto his mathletics thing he does for school to easily and his teachers bugging him a bit, mum was going to get another laptop but with the heating/electricity bill coming through it didnt sound like a good idea, so instead offered my computer to going downstairs, moving it down tomorrow and for the near future, so probally wont be online to much, which will do me some good tbh
So could be the last post for at least a few days ... so heres some videos to pass the time :D
